Overview:   Manages data center operations group, including computer operations, data entry, data control, data processing, and operations analysis. Advises data center operations personnel concerning administrative procedures, technical problems, and priorities. Is responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews of data center personnel.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales Operations, the Director; Global Partner Management will responsible to continue the development and execution of its partner strategy by developing and managing a world class partner program. The director will act as lead and single point of contact for all Kronos partner related activities and will be responsible for development and execution of cross functional strategies and plans with engineering, pre-sales, services and marketing as required by overall partner strategy. The director will manage the Partner Solutions Development Managers to ensure that they can both effectively manage assigned partners and achieve revenue targets Principal Responsibilities: Oversee partner engagement plans and processes to achieve product and revenue targets Manage Kronos Partner team to ensure effective management of assigned partners and achievement of revenue targets Develop and institute sales incentive programs tied to incremental revenue Lead the development of joint marketing events and collateral  Train internal and partner sales teams on how to effectively communicate the partner offering, the value delivered and the use of collateral materials Design incentive plans to align the priorities of the partner teams with the goals of the partner relationship Develop and report on metrics for tracking the new client/revenue performance for the partner relationship Serve as the “face of Kronos" to the partner and engage with partner frequently to manage/grow the collective base of customers/revenue Coordinate product launch for new and existing marketing/promotion and training materials Engage as needed with internal Service function to ensure the needs of customers sourced through partner are met Measure, monitor and effectively report on channel activity to business leaders, highlighting key activity and results
